After completing ongoing quality assurance related to the preservative system, we have determined that the shelf life of Thickening Shampoo and Thickening Conditioner can be extended an additional 5 months. This means that, when unopened, these products now have a shelf life of 36 months. Please note, no changes were made to the formula.
When does the shelf life update take effect?

After identifying the month and year of production on your product, anything produced after May 2022 now has a shelf life of 36 months.
